Classic Charm- Forbes Creek Renovation

This two-phase renovation transformed a traditional home in the picturesque Forbes Creek neighborhood of Kirkland. With its spacious interiors and impressive ceiling heights, the home had great potential but needed a fresh, functional redesign.

The newly envisioned kitchen seamlessly blends classic elegance with modern convenience. A striking two-tone design features a cobalt blue island complemented by crisp white shaker-style cabinetry. Thoughtfully designed elements include a coffee bar with a prep sink, a full-height quartz backsplash with an integrated shelf, a custom wood hood, and a farmhouse sink with a drip rail, adding both charm and practicality. To enhance the adjacent lounge area, a custom-built cocktail bar was added, featuring charcoal-toned cabinetry that creates a sophisticated and inviting ambiance.

The primary bath was reimagined as a serene, spa-like retreat. It now features his-and-her vanities, a freestanding tub with a floor-mounted tub filler, and a grand Carrara marble shower. Thoughtful details such as a shower inlay and seat, a built-in soap niche, and multiple showerheads elevate comfort and luxury.
